a thing called life (not that I have one)

A minute to gloat

You are reading the blog of a very lucky beeyatch.

It's amazing, a lucky streak has never lasted this long for me.

Guess who topped yesterday's Calc long exam. Again. Mwahahahahahaha.

This got myself thinking. This is probably some weird displacement reaction. I am failing Accounting, therefore I'm channeling all my effort to Calc. And to think I was receiving F's during the start of the school year.

One more long exam and a final to go then I'm out.

A conversation yesterday:

Mom: "How was your long test?"
Me: "Uggghhh. Long and hard" *blink blink*

That didn't sound right.

I just found out JC won that tadjock thing on Studio 23. Wow. Now he's everywhere (sort of). I'm impressed. Harhar. He was supposed to be my prom dance partner, but I managed to snag someone less busy. Well good for him. I wish him all the luck.

Overnight again tomorrow. LS. Why do we to pull an all-nighter for a course taught by a fully-clothed exhibitionist? That's just not right. I was amused today when he told me he tends to make his exam questions very difficult. *snicker* Not that they're NOT difficult. They are. But he just a striking resemblance to Mojacko. He's this round ball of a cartoon that looks like he can't do much in life. Yep, he's just like that.

You can't take an instructor seriously when he could be Mojacko's overblown son.

(Did I even spell Mojacko right?)

EDIT

Did anyone see The Amazing Race finale? And the episode before that? OmG. Don't worry, if you still haven't seen it and are planning to, I won't tell who won.

Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by how they made out the Philippines to be. It didn't look filthy from my POV. The only part the contestants had qualms about was the carabao part. But that's part of Philippine life, so it was cool. Even the jeepneys looked shiny. The Coconut Palace looked splendid. I never knew there was such a place as the Coconut Palace. Palawan looked lovely. It makes me want to spend a week there.

They must have coordinated with a tourism official. Luli Arroyo was there, so there must be some involvement from the government somehow. And revenues. There must be some moolah the government took from them. Make it replace those proposed taxes.

But I digress.

Ever since I saw India's leg last season, I got worried at how they'd portray the Philippines. I now do not even want to go as far as stepping into India's airport. I have to commend them. They did a good job.
